TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Lucky draw entry is valid from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025.
2. Subject to the T&Cs, any individual above 18 years old (the “Participant”) is eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws.
3. Participants may enter the Lucky Draw anytime during each Contest Period by:
1. Purchasing minimum one (1) SG60 meal bundle per transaction, each transaction is entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance.
2. Send SMS to 9455 6673 in the format: SG60FEISIONG (space) NAME (space) Email (space) Receipt No.
4. Lucky Draw entries are valid with purchase of SG60 meal bundles at specified outlets, subject to operating hours, whilst stocks last.
5. Winners are responsible for producing the matching receipt of their purchase upon collection of the lucky draw prize. In the event the receipt or proof of purchase is not available, the winner will forfeit the prize.
6. By participating in this lucky draw, the participant agrees to be bound by and to comply with these Terms & Conditions and receive communication and marketing information from Pokka and Fei Siong Group and its subsidiaries and partners.
7. Pokka and Fei Siong Group reserve the right to remove Entries, disqualify a winner and forfeit any prize if:
   1. The Entry was not submitted in accordance with Clause 2.a and 2.b above.
   2. The Entry is disqualified pursuant to any provisions of these T&Cs;
   3. Pokka/Fei Siong Group is unable to contact the shortlisted winner;
   4. The shortlisted winner does not respond to Pokka/Fei Siong Group or notifies Pokka/Fei Siong Group that he/she does not wish to claim the prize;
   5. The shortlisted winner does not agree to abide by and be bound by these T&Cs;
   6. The shortlisted winner has committed any act of fraud or dishonesty, or has misrepresented anything in connection with the Lucky Draws;

If a shortlisted winner is disqualified, Pokka/Fei Siong Group may in its discretion pick another winner to replace the disqualified prize winner or donate the prize in question.

8. Pokka/Fei Siong Group reserves the right at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Contest Period, Lucky Draw, shorten or extend the duration of the Contest Periods and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the T&Cs, without any liability or prior notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant. Any such change to the T&Cs shall take e ect immediately and shall bind all Participants of any ongoing Contest Period including those who have submitted Entries before the date of the change.
